Biography

Kelly Rifelj is a Grants Coordinator for the Institute for Health & Equity (IHE). Kelly joined IHE as a research coordinator in 2022 in the Men’s Health Inequities Lab with Dr. Charles Rogers. Prior to coming to 91九色视频, Kelly worked as a policy analyst at Higher Ed Insight, and for a decade as a policy analyst and project manager with Tulane University & UW-Madison evaluating The Degree Project – a promise scholarship for MPS students. She served as a policy analyst and outreach specialist with then Governor, Jim Doyle. Kelly began her career as a French teacher (BS French & Secondary Education) and she holds a Master in Public Affairs (MPA) with an emphasis in Education Policy. Kelly has been engaged with the Wauwatosa community, having served as both and Alderwoman and School District Strategic Planning Partner.
