Biography

Dr. Fareau is a board certified endocrinologist and associate professor in medicine (endocrinology and molecular medicine) at the 91ɫƵ. He graduated with Honors from Trinity College, University of Dublin, and completed his residency through Dartmouth Medical School. He completed a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Endocrinology at the Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center joint program, where his research interests included diagnostic and treatment strategies of endocrine cancers.

Dr. Fareau is a member of multiple societies and associations. He has been invited to present several lectures and authored peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. His patient care emphasizes treatment of endocrine related cancers, in addition to various disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands.
