Biography

Dr. Fletcher believes that one of the most rewarding parts of being a physician is interacting with people. She really enjoy meeting patients, hearing their stories and working together to design a plan that works in their lives.

Research Interests

In addition to patient care, she is also interested in research about how patient care/patient safety are impacted by medical education. After completing my residency, Dr. Fletcher did the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program, which is a research fellowship at the University of Michigan. She also completed a master's degree in the University of Michigan School of Education. She currently spends her time pursuing research interests, teaching and taking care of patients on the wards at the VA.
