Biography
Dr. Rachel Saltness joined the Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine at the 91ɫƵ in July 2024. She completed her internal medicine residency and geriatrics fellowship through the Medicine-Geriatrics combined Residency and Fellowship program through 91ɫƵ. She graduated with her medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. While in her undergraduate program, she completed a human aging research internship and fellowship through the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, MN. Dr. Saltness is currently working on the Certified Medical Director Program through the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Dr. Saltness cares for patients in the geriatrics clinic as well as the Women’s Incontinence and Sexual Health (WISH) clinic at Froedtert, and will be beginning her Medical Directorship for Saint Johns on the Lake.
