Biography

Constance Gundacker, MD, MPH, FAAP, is an assistant professor in the Department of General and Community Pediatrics. She is a community-engaged academic general pediatrician. She is the Director of the Pediatric Residency Community Pediatrics Training Initiative (CPTI) rotation and an Associate Director of the Pediatric Residency Global and Community Health Track. She researches cross-sector collaborations to address social determinants of health and pediatric health disparities. Dr. Gundacker also conducts research on trauma-informed approach training for healthcare trainees and medical professionals. She provides outpatient pediatric clinical care and resident and trainee education at Midtown Clinic-Children’s Wisconsin.
