Biography

Dr. Kelly has devoted his attention almost exclusively to HIV/AIDS behavioral research since the mid-1980s within the areas of HIV primary prevention interventions, interventions to reduce adverse health consequences among infected persons, and research related to the transfer of HIV prevention research advances to AIDS service providers. He has evaluated interventions carried out at the level of individuals, groups, social networks, and communities with a variety of vulnerable populations
