Research Interests

Through developing novel magnetic resonance imaging pulse sequences and signal processing techniques, the Mickevicius Lab aims to establish actionable, noninvasive biomarkers for disease within feasible exam time constraints.

My research interests include the creation of phantoms that can efficiently account for confounding variables, improving reconstruction methods to reduce scan times, and the implementation of AI to generate pulse sequences that can calibrate scanners of differing vendors and strengths.
