I aim to develop students into well-rounded pharmacy practitioners who are able to experience, examine, explain, and apply the knowledge they have learned in order to be most effective within their roles in interprofessional healthcare teams. I use an engaging teaching style to promote lifelong learning skills, and challenge students by enhancing basic evidence-based practice skills, encouraging self-study through use of available resources, providing opportunities to apply knowledge through simulation and experiences, and promoting effective communication skills.
