Dr. Shola Vaughn Selected for AAD Academic Dermatology Leadership Program

The ADLP is a year-long program that provides training, mentoring, and networking opportunities to help dermatologists develop leadership skills to address the unique challenges of academic dermatology practice. The ADLP includes the AAD’s annual Leadership Forum, a two-day forum that provides opportunities to advance leadership and communication skills while networking with colleagues.

Dr. Shola Vaughn is a board-certified dermatologist, Section Chief of Dermatology for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center and an assistant professor at the 91ɫƵ. Dr. Vaughn completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University, attended medical school at University of Wisconsin - School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, completed her intern year at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse and finished dermatology residency at 91ɫƵ. She joined the dermatology faculty team at the 91ɫƵ in 2019 and has multiple clinical and academic interests including a variety of skin concerns including special concerns of transgender people and people with skin of color, as well as genital dermatology.
