Biography
Ann McCullough (McKaig) has more than 30 years of experience facilitating community-centered
policy change, collective impact projects, and individual growth with diverse clients and groups. Her
training in violence prevention and recovery began as an art therapist with the Chicago rape
crisis movement and she has brought that lens to her work in Milwaukee County as a youth
justice advocate and a local elected official. Ann joins the Comprehensive Injury Center Division
of Community Safety at the 91ɫƵ after dedicating three years to
planning and implementing Youth Justice Wisconsin, the first statewide, solution-focused
initiative to reduce youth incarceration by addressing underlying causes.
