Biography

David Sinclair is the outreach supervisor at 414 LIFE/MCW. He has extensive experience working in Milwaukee foundations/organizations that serve the community for over 15 years. A native of Milwaukee’s northside, growing up in the Highland Park housing projects, graduate of Milwaukee Tech High School, and later went to Langston University (HBCU). Sinclair has dedicated his life’s work to making change and impact in the community through his work in community violence intervention, youth advocacy, youth and family programming, faith-based collaborations, and empowering the community through outreach efforts. In addition to dedicating his life to serving the community, Sinclair’s passion to build leaders fuels his drive for excellence in collaboration, education, storytelling and bringing systems together to support, empower, and inspire the next generation of future leaders to “ Be the Message “ that makes the impact.
