Precision Medicine Discovery and Innovation Laboratory ("Disco" Lab)

Led by GSPMC Director and Professor Raul Urrutia, MD, the “Disco Lab” facilitates Team Science-Based Research Collaborations in the areas of genomics, epigenomics, and Precision Medicine. Collaborators throughout 91ɫƵ and the world are partnered with a team of bioinformaticians with the broad expertise required for integrated and cutting-edge analyses and technologies.

Bioinformatics Services & Sciences
The Bioinformatics Analysis Shared Resource at the Mellowes Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive data analytic solutions for a wide variety of researcher areas and experience levels. We deliver comprehensive bioinformatic analysis for DNA and RNA-based sequencing—including scRNA, epigenetic modalities (ChIP, ATAC, etc.)—through interactive web-based reports that include technology-specific quality control metrics, multi-sample comparisons, and advanced analyses beyond current standards in baseline core analysis.  As your trusted partner, we consistently develop and apply custom analyses to meet your program's research and publication needs.
