Departing Faculty Checklist
For researchers leaving 91ɫƵ, this checklist outlines various areas of research that may require closure or other action items to ensure all paperwork, eBridge applications, and inspections are properly finalized.
Laboratory Decommissioning Checklist
Faculty who are closing out labs, moving equipment, or disposing of biological, chemical, or other regulated inventory should review this Checklist and work with Environmental Health and Safety to support the decommissioning of their wet lab space.

Research Data Offboarding Survey
Any faculty who are ending employment with 91ɫƵ and have acquired research data (generated data or materials) while working at 91ɫƵ are required to complete the Research Data Offboarding Survey. The survey allows the faculty member to both report on the plan for their data and/or request permission to retain any original data.
