Biography
During his career, Dr. Quebbeman served as the Assistant Chief of Surgery, as well as the Section Chief for General Surgery, at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center. He proudly participated in the first liver transplants in Wisconsin. Additionally, he developed liver cryoablation and a busy liver resection practice including isolated liver perfusion and hepatic artery infusion. Dr. Quebbeman maintained an active practice in general surgery and trauma surgery at Froedtert Hospital and general surgery at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Dr. Quebbeman’s clinical practice included advanced and innovative treatments for cancer of the abdomen and gastrointestinal tract. He published over 100 articles on a wide range of topics.
