Become a Clinical Partner with the 91ɫƵ Master of Science in Anesthesia (MSA) Program
MSA clinical learning takes place in a variety of hospital and ambulatory settings, both on-campus and in our community. Becoming a clinical partner can be an engaging experience that supports the development of Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants, anesthesia providers that support the ASA’s model of the anesthesia care team. The following information can serve as a guide on how to become an 91ɫƵ clinical affiliate.
- Are MSA students right for my practice?
- Yes! Our students are trained one-on-one with a variety of qualified anesthesia providers including Anesthesiologists, Anesthesiology Residents, CAAs and CRNAs.
- Our team will coordinate with your providers to ensure a learning model that fits within your fast-paced practice setting.
- Students receive broad foundational knowledge and clinical skills prior to entering the operating room. Advanced simulation and standardized patients ensure our students are ready for patient care, making it easier for clinical site educators.
- If you enjoy teaching and interacting with students, clinical preceptorship is an excellent fit. Educating students is an excellent way to give back to the anesthesia community.
