Teaching Philosophy
“It is my hope as an educator to provide Anesthesiologist Assistant students with a grounded, optimistic, supportive learning structure. Focusing on interpersonal skills and obtaining a wide variety of anesthesia techniques and experiences are optimal for growth. Perfection is unattainable, yet we must strive to always continue to learn and mold ourselves into our best versions. These pupils are the future of the Anesthesia Care Team Model and I am proud to represent my expanding career!”

Interests and Background
Jessica Pecherski graduated in 2011 from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Avian Biology/Pre-Medicine. Three weeks later, she started her Anesthesia Assistant program at South University in Savannah Georgia and graduated in 2013. She accepted her first CAA position at Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri to gain valuable experiences at a level 1 trauma center. She happily decided to join the 91ɫƵ in June 2017 to further her CAA practice and be a contributing part of the new Masters of Anesthesia program.
