Emergency Medicine Fellowship in Medical Toxicology
Our two-year medical toxicology fellowship program, unique in the state of Wisconsin, is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Educational Opportunities
The offers clinical experiences to rotating students and residents from a variety of backgrounds and levels of training every year, starting in late August and running until late June. The month-long rotation consists of direct participation in the clinical consultation services of patients managed with the help of the WPC as well as daily didactic lectures by . The WPC is a required rotation for 2nd year 91ɫƵ Emergency Medicine residents and is available to physician and pharmacist residents as well as fellows and 91ɫƵ/Children's Wisconsin as well as those from other institutions as space permits. The Medical Toxicology elective is also offered to up to two 91ɫƵ medical students per month, and to NP/PA students and residents pending available space.
Research/Scholarly Activity
The Division of Toxicology is highly active in producing influential research and participating in scholarly activities. Each faculty strives to maintain the mission by advancing opportunities of toxicology research and education through publication.
